John has spent 30 years boating on the shores of New Jersey and the tributaries of the Chesapeake Bay. He still enjoys the Bay and keeps his own boat in Kent Narrows. John has performed a wide range of activities supporting the interests of boating industry manufacturers, dealers and consumers. John embraces the technical side, holding six ABYC Marine Certifications and teaching Marine Electricity for the ABYC. His factory training includes Caterpillar, MAN and MTU/Detroit Diesel. John participates in marine safety standards writing for the ABYC and the NFPA and is a member Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors. Holding a 100 Ton USCG Masters License, John has traveled most waters east of and including the Mississippi River. John blends years of boating enjoyment and technical knowledge with a professional business demeanor that satisfies a wide range of his customer's needs and interests.

Tim Kerns has been part of the Annapolis area boating world since the 1970’s, learning to sail at the Annapolis Yacht Club. He went on to race big sailboats internationally, picked up his Captain’s license, skippered both power and sailboats, and managed major refits on those yachts as well. He is a true maritime professional and brings his deep knowledge of the top brands to his client relationships. He has a special expertise in downeast, classic express, trawlers and custom motoryachts, and enjoys helping his customers get comfortable with their new boats, through hands-on teaching and deliveries.

Jack has held a USCG license for over 20 years and traveled extensively, fishing many remote locations. Sheryl Jaros has been in the Marine Industry for 12 years. She spent 9 years at Black Dog Propellers in Stevensville working closely with Viking Yachts. She lives on the Chesapeake Bay on Kent Island. Sheryl loves boating and the water, and is involved in many sales-related activities in the Maryland office.
