Jarrett Bay Yacht Sales announced today the appointment of Johnny Hicks to their Beaufort, NC sales team.  Hicks was most recently Sales Manager for the Hatteras Yachts Division of Brunswick Corporation, where he was responsible for 72% of yearly sales. In announcing the appointment, JBYS President Jan Boone said, "Johnny's past positions as an engineer, construction manager and sales manager, along with his lifelong passion for boating, are assets that will deliver exceptional results for our customers.  His domestic and international sales and construction experience will be key components in Jarrett Bay's bid to be the dominant sales force in the mid-Atlantic and beyond."
 
Prior to his tenure as a Sales Manager at Hatteras, Hicks served in a series of manufacturing and sales capacities at various yacht companies, with more than 25 years at Hatteras.  Over the course of his 30-year boating career, Hicks earned a reputation as a top sales performer, meticulous project manager, dedicated customer service representative, and an authority in the fields of mechanical manufacturing and engineering-Attributes that will prove extremely valuable to JBYS' new and pre-owned mid-Atlantic customer base.
