Gearing Up For the Fall Show Season
Using figures from Yacht World, Trade Only Today just reported, “Big-boat sales in August continued to push the total value of U.S. brokerage sales higher than in 2010.” While August may have seemed slow to many industry veterans, our brokerage business has increased substantially over 2010. We definitely are not seeing a lot of newer brokerage boats on the market, as they have all but disappeared. This, as well as an increase in new boat leads, makes us hopeful for a strong Fall selling season.

 We're excited to announce that as of last week, Jarrett Bay custom hull #56 has new owners and construction is officially back underway. Blank Check will be the largest build to date for Jarrett Bay Boatworks, and feature Twin MTU 16-V2000s at 2,600 hp each with conventional propulsion. With an anticipated launch date of Spring 2013, you'll be sure to hear a lot more about this build over the next year.
