Overview

The appeal of the flagship V-41 is strong and simple: She’s the best big center console on the market, answering the call with high-level fishability, speed, range and overall performance. This triple- or quad-powered offshore runner is poised to take the reins as the leading high-performance 40-plus-foot center console on the market.

We offer the V-41 with multiple options for power, including a quad setup of Mercury 400s or a triple installation of the new Yamaha 425s. Triple Mercury 400s or a quad configuration of the new Mercury V8 300 are also available on this model. No matter the brand or engine size, each application can be configured for joystick helm control with GPS station-keeping technology.

The V-41 will excel on the tournament circuit, with a clean deck layout that maximizes the boat’s 360-degree access and an arsenal of standard and optional fishing features to put you in the winner’s circle. The transom holds a 90-gallon live well. The decks are filled with insulated fish boxes, and rod holders can be installed virtually anywhere. Live-bait anglers will love the V-41. A raised live well can be integrated into the forward lounge for quick access while fishing from the bow. You can also opt for an in-deck live well in the cockpit, and on-deck live well inlet and discharge fittings can be installed in the transom corners.

The Viking subsidiary Palm Beach Towers will design, fabricate and install an optional gap tower with a custom hardtop and an upper helm station. “The gap towers will match the quality and design of those on Viking sportfishing boats,” says Drew McDowell, PBT General Manager. “Large-diameter piping will be fabricated with angles and tapering locations specifically engineered for maximum strength.”

V-41 owners will also have great flexibility when it comes to outfitting the tower. “Not only can you have equipment such as recessed teaser reels, you can go for specialized features like integral kite boxes in the forward end of the hardtop,” says Drew. PBT is also designing a custom control box for the gap tower upper helms with a space-saving flush mounting surface.

The V-41 is designed and built to fish, no doubt, but our flagship also excels as a luxury tender or a sleek sport cruiser thanks to her diverse deck layout choices that include an aft mezzanine seating module complete with armrests and an insulated cooler (or live well) under the seat. Forward seating with backrests, an anchor windlass, a port-side dive door and additional cup holders round out the day-cruising conveniences.
