They are literally “cold molding” each boat by hand, every part a one-of-a-kind piece built for a specific hull. An on-site CNC router produces precision cut jigs for laying up their hulls and cabin tops while a giant infusion table manages vacuum resin infusion of the composite foredeck, cabin top and cabin sides. They even fabricate their own exhaust components from the turbo outlet to the underwater pressure chambers.
