“He and Suzanne work eight days a week, tirelessly, for his buyers and sellers, and look after themregardless if it’s a skiff or a 95’ motoryacht,” says Lane. He goes on to explain that “Coach Scott” always has a playbook and schedule, communicating weekly with his Closing Administrator (Brandi Burch), the office and the various marinas and individuals involved with surveys and other business. Organizing how eachweekwill play out in this way helps to provide a hassle-free experience for his customers. “His sporting background also makes him insanely competitive, and he will push harder and more consistently than anyone to win!” Lane adds. The Jan Boone Memorial Award is one that is close to many of our hearts, established in honor of our late friend and past President of Bluewater Yacht Sales. Tabulated by a vote from the full team, this honor is awarded to a recipient that embodies Jan’s incredible determination, hard work and care of others. “I can’t think of a more deserving person to win the Jan Boone Award. Karen’s drive, work ethic and commitment to the Bluewater team remind me greatly of Jan and her ability to help others be successful,” explains Managing Director Randy Ramsey. “Scott and Karen are both very thorough, with an insane ability to juggle somany deals.
